OKEight is a reply generator that lives beside the text field you're already using. It reads the chat when you ask for help, then drafts a reply in your voice using the tone and relationship context saved on your device. You can absolutely paste the chat into ChatGPT. You'll just need to explain who you're talking to, how you normally sound, and move the answer back yourself.
Can I use it where I already text people
Current-page drafting works beside readable text fields, so a channel connection is not required just to write a reply. Connecting Gmail, Slack, or Lark adds structured history that can improve voice, relationship context, and follow-ups. Apps that do not expose readable text can use a cropped screenshot of the visible conversation instead.
Will every reply have that painfully obvious AI vibe
No. OKEight learns from messages you have sent and can keep separate local context for each relationship. A friend, manager, client, and parent should not all get the same tone. Your manager still gets punctuation.
How does it pick up my texting style
Your sent messages are the writing examples. Incoming messages help explain the conversation, but they do not become examples of your voice. When you shorten a draft, make it less formal, or tell OKEight to answer the question first, that correction can become a local preference for the next similar situation.
Can it remember the stuff I said I'd do
